Business days in this tool count Monday through Friday only and do not remove public holidays.
How it works
The calculator sorts the dates from earliest to latest, measures the exact elapsed day count, and then derives weeks from the day total. Calendar difference is shown as years, months, and days rather than as a decimal approximation.
If you enable business days, the tool loops through the range and counts weekdays only. Holidays are not excluded because holiday calendars differ by country and employer.
Use inclusive mode when you need to count both endpoints, such as project schedules, rentals, and events that start and end on named dates.
